Needs, area & funding
Who we can support, and how it works
Support is tailored to each person’s assessed needs and commissioned support plan. More complex presentations can be considered following assessment, provided they fall within our registration, staff competencies and the level of support commissioned.
Who it’s for
- Adults aged 18 and over who want to live as independently as possible
- People with learning disabilities
- Autistic people and those with other neurodivergent needs
- People with physical disabilities
- People with mental health support needs
- Other additional support needs, following assessment
Support outside planned hours
Support ranges from scheduled visits to 24-hour staffing, depending on what has been commissioned.
Where 24-hour support is not commissioned, everyone has an agreed plan setting out what to do outside their scheduled hours, including emergency and out-of-hours arrangements.
Where we operate
NorthamptonshireWe may consider referrals outside our core area depending on the service required, staffing availability and our ability to safely and effectively meet the person’s needs.
Funding
We work with local authorities, commissioners, individuals and families. Depending on the service and individual circumstances, care may be funded through local authority arrangements, personal budgets or direct payments, private or self-funding, or other eligible health and social care funding arrangements.
How it works
Getting started is simple
01
Initial enquiry
Get in touch directly, or ask your social worker or care coordinator to make a referral on your behalf.
02
Needs assessment
We take time to understand your situation, goals, and what support would make the biggest difference.
03
Support plan
Together we build a personalised plan that fits your life — reviewed and updated as your needs change.
04
Ongoing partnership
Your support worker is with you for the long term — support that adapts as your needs and goals change.
Let's talk about what the right support looks like for you
No pressure, no jargon — just a conversation about what would help most.
Supported living is usually arranged through a local authority or commissioner. Get in touch and we’ll explain the next steps for your situation.
