Where we operate

Funding
We work with local authorities, commissioners, individuals and families. Depending on the service and individual circumstances, care may be funded through local authority arrangements, personal budgets or direct payments, private or self-funding, or other eligible health and social care funding arrangements.
Support for complex healthcare needs is subject to individual assessment, our CQC registration, appropriate clinical oversight where required, and confirmation that our staff are trained and competent to safely meet the person’s specific needs.
